安太郎みそ

国産米と富山県産大豆を使用。糀を多く使い旨味と甘味が味わえるまろやかな味噌。遺伝子組み換え大豆不使用。
「安太郎みそ」の命名の由来は、弊社3代目当主・片口安太郎（雅号・江東）は、旧小杉町町長、富山県議会議長などを歴任しました。
また、漢詩人として多くの作品を残したほか、高校・図書館の設立にも尽力し地域社会に貢献しました。
安太郎生誕145年、没後50年を記念し今回「安太郎みそ」を発売することにしました。

Japanese rice and Toyama soy are used to create this miso.
A large amount of koji is used to give the miso more sweetness and umami. We do not use genetically modified soy.
The name “Yasutaro Miso” comes from the third-generation master Yasutaro Kataguchi, who was also a town mayor of the former town of Kosugi, as well as a chairman of the Toyama Prefectural Assembly. He composed Chinese poetry and contributed to the community by helping to build a high school and library.
We produced this “Yasutaro Miso” to commemorate the 145thanniversary of his birth and the 50th anniversary of his passing.
